This is a solid, reliable family restaurant with a great vibe. There is a bar in the middle and tables all around. The food is great value for the money. There's never a miss. The pizza is always a favorite. Thin crust, crispy with great tasting sauce. The salads are phenomenal. Truly. The lettuce and veggies are ALWAYS crisp and fresh. I love the blackened chopped chicken salad but tonight I opted for Caesar. It's made with substantial homemade croutons that are tasty and crisp. The dressing and cheese were sufficient but not overwhelming. It really hit the spot. If you want a real real winner - get the mussels in the tomato basil sauce. I will be honest here - I have taken home the leftover sauce - more than once - to reverse engineer it. Truth. There is a hint of something very different in there that makes it slightly sweet and oh so yummy but it isn't simply the basil and it isn't just the onion. Truth - I THINK I know what it is because I have almost nailed it at home. But I'm not sharing that here lol. It's a chunky tomato sauce with garlic and basil and it's so delicious we eat it with a spoon when we use up the focaccia they bring!!! Not because they won't bring more, but because the sauce is THAT good! The mussels themselves are generous and always tender and fresh. My peeps had the chicken francese and the quesadillas tonight. Chicken and pasta is plentiful and we brought some home because it is that big. The quesadillas however got scarfed up fast lol. Just a great local restaurant.

My family and I went to this Restaurant Bar after church on a Sunday! We were extremely hungry and decided to try a new place. Their food is one of the best I had in a long time everything we ordered was excellent. Their gravy cheese fries are crispy with tasty gravy simply delicious. My daughters' Mac & Cheese was so so good...the best cheese sauce ...there were bread crumbs on top and portions were big. I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich, 10 out of 10. The chicken was crispy with amazing buffalo flavor. The side basket of fries were crispy and just had the best flavor. Just too good. If you haven't been to this restaurant definitely try it. You won't be disappointed. The clam chowder soup was also a hit!! The waiter/bar tender took our order was very kind and polite. The atmosphere is relaxed with Fire station charm. I must say for me to write a review as soon as I got home says a lot!! If I could give them 10 Stars I would.

This is my Sunday afternoon, relax with friends, go to place at least 3 x a month The Firehouses has excellent food and I enjoy this family owned and operated restaurant very much! Anytime you enter your greeted with a warm hello! Drinks at the bar are made with perfection! I highly recommend Tim's Cosmo or the Kentucky Mule!! Cold bottles or beer on tap is always fresh, crisp & delicious!! Staple items I constantly go for are the Mussels, eggplant Rollatini. Various soups of the day, and I can't forget their thin crust amazing flavorful pizza!! Mmmm I have ordered probably a dozen or more times Chicken mediterranean. So tasteful and I always have leftovers for lunch the next day! Are you curious about dessert?? Freshly made per order, hot out of the oven a chocolate chip cookie in a large ramekin topped off with vanilla ice cream, or I get the Reeses peanut butter cup cookie warm and delicious! Lots of TV's to catch the latest sports channels and a music video station plays throughout! The firehouse is adorned with tons of firemen memorabilia! Even the front end of a big red engine hangs on the brick wall! The atmosphere is definitely warm, cozy and perfect for date night, kids party or friends getting together They have a private room in the front with an oversized bay window, perfect for a family get together or a gang after work to wind down with great food and cocktails!! Upstairs they have a large party room! Perfect for 1st birthday parties, Christmas parties, any event! I can't say enough of how great this place is!! If you read my review and decide to stop in and try it, please tell them Pina sent you !

Sooo good! Ordered through Doordash and the food came quick & super hot and fresh. The penne vodka was delicious. Full of flavor and the portion was huge, definitely enough for two. The bread that came with the pasta was great too. The wings were fresh and crispy, definitely recommend the garlic buffalo for garlic lovers. To top it all off, prices are great! Definitely recommend this spot.
